Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Pro is a recurring subscription, charged monthly or annually in advance to the payment method you provide at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from Billing in your account settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and Pro features stay available until then. Your quests, tasks, and history are never deleted — the account simply returns to the Free plan and its models.

Refunds

If Pro is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After that window we refund on a case-by-case basis — get in touch and tell us what happened.

Prices are shown in the currency configured on our Stripe account and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Payments are processed by Stripe; Questify never sees or stores your card details.
